Quick Delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Method: Orders placed online will be delivered to your door via Courier or by one of our Delivery staff.

No Signature required: All deliveries for orders placed online will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.

Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your online placed order has been despatched.

Delivery Times: We aim to despatch your order within 7 days if your item is in stock. All customers will be personally notified if an order is on back order.

Our online store includes the option to select delivery to Metropolitan areas at an additional cost.
Metropolitan areas are defined as addresses covered by the following Postal Codes:

Perth CBD: 6000 - 6001, 6004, 6827, 6830 - 6832, 6837 - 6849
Perth Metro: 6000 - 6199

Delivery to Regional areas

Our online store includes the option to request a quotation for freight to regional areas by one of our staff.
There is no obligation to accept our quotation and customers can select "Free Collection" to arrange their own collection and delivery.

Free collection

Our online store includes the option to pickup and collect products for free from our Showroom or Warehouse (depending on the location of the product).

Once an order is placed through our online store we will contact you to confirm the collection location and lead time for the preparation of your order.
Our Showroom location is 509 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000 and the opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 5.00PM (excluding Public Holidays).

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order. Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.

We currently only orders for supply and delivery of goods within Australia.
We only accept credit cards from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.

All pricing shown on this website will be in Australian Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be shown separately on the checkout page.
